Delivery and fulfilment: From design to wagging tail

At Pieski Dwa, we don’t mass-produce. We create textiles designed to serve you for years, so here’s how we prepare your parcel:

When will we ship your order?

  • Ready-made products: We keep some items in stock and do our best to ship these parcels almost immediately.

  • Made to order: If your chosen product is not currently in stock, we’ll sew it especially for you. This usually takes 2 to 4 business days. During this time, we cut the fabric, take care with every seam, and pack everything so that opening your parcel is a pleasure.

Shipping methods and costs

Choose the option that suits you best. Please note that our largest beds need a little more space, so they won’t always fit in a parcel locker.

Important for large parcels: If your basket contains a large bed, the system will automatically offer courier delivery. InPost parcel lockers have size limits, and we don’t want to cram your order in – we make sure the filling arrives springy and in perfect condition.

Would you like to meet us and see our products in person? Visit the Pieski Dwa workshop’s Showroom and Concept Store at ul. Kombatantów 7 lok U4 in Białystok.

  • Products on display: We have selected models and designs on site that you can see and touch before buying.

  • Shop with confidence: Please note that our full range is available on our website. When you place an order online, you reserve your place in the sewing queue – this is the best way to ensure your chosen product is ready as soon as possible.

International shipping (EU)

We also ship your doggy goodies outside Poland. Shipping to EU countries costs a flat rate of EUR 15.00. When you place your order, the system will automatically add the correct amount once you select the destination country.

Transit time from the moment your order leaves our workshop is usually 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country.
