Ciabatta Retro Club dog cushion: comfort in style
The Retro Club pattern is our premium Ciabatta dog cushion in an edition that is hard to mistake for anything else. A geometric print inspired by 1970s design, warm shades of orange, brown, and beige with small accents of green, and soft velour turn a dog bed into a full-fledged interior design element.
It is a proposal for those who do not want to choose between their dog's comfort and a well-designed space. Retro Club fits perfectly in both modern living rooms and vintage, eclectic, or mid-century interiors.
But the Ciabatta cushion wasn't created just to look good. We designed its construction primarily with how dogs really rest in mind.
A large cushion instead of a closed bed
The Ciabatta dog cushion has no high or rigid sides. Thanks to its open form, the dog chooses its favorite position itself – it can stretch out from nose to tail, rest its head on the edge, hang its paws over, or curl up in the middle.
The lack of restrictive rims also makes it easy to step onto and off the bed. The simple form gives the dog plenty of surface area to use, and at the same time, makes the Ciabatta look more like a soft cushion in the interior than a classic dog bed.
Resilient filling that you can adjust
Inside is a mixture we developed of certified silicone fiber balls and resilient, certified upholstery foam flakes.
We combined two types of filling to obtain a cushion that is soft but does not collapse excessively under the dog's weight. The filling cushions the body, creates an insulating layer from the floor, and maintains resilience during daily use.
Importantly, you decide how fluffy the Ciabatta should be. The inner cushion has a hidden zipper, thanks to which you can remove or add filling to adjust the height and softness of the bed to the preferences of a specific dog.
Retro Club velour – soft, practical, and easy to maintain
We chose a pleasant-to-the-touch, smooth velour that works well in a house with a dog. Its smooth surface does not act like velcro on fur, making it easier to keep the bed clean.
The fabric is comfortable in contact with the dog's body, and at the same time, the Retro Club pattern makes minor signs of daily use less visible than on many solid-colored materials.
You remove the cover and wash it.
The cover is fully removable, and we hid the sturdy zipper under a flap. You can remove it and wash it at 30°C.
You can also buy a second cover in a different fabric and change the look of your Ciabatta without having to buy another complete bed.
Non-slip bottom
We make the bottom part of the bed from a durable material equipped with non-slip nubs. They help reduce the Ciabatta from sliding on smooth floors, even when the dog jumps into its spot with greater enthusiasm.
We sew the Ciabatta Cushion in Poland
Every Ciabatta Retro Club Cushion is made from scratch in our workshop in Poland. We cut the materials, sew the covers, prepare the filling, and finish every single piece ourselves.
This is not a ready-made bed to which we just add our own label. It is our product – we know its construction, materials, and method of manufacture because we are responsible for the entire creation process.

S – 60 × 50 cm, thickness approx. 12 cm
A cozy corner for miniature breeds, e.g., Yorkshire Terriers or Chihuahuas – dogs up to 2 kg.
M – 70 × 60 cm, thickness approx. 12 cm
Universal comfort for medium-sized dogs, e.g., Pugs or Miniature Dachshunds – dogs weighing approx. 5 kg.
L – 85 × 70 cm, thickness approx. 12 cm
Space for carefree dreams, e.g., for Cocker Spaniels, Jack Russells, or French Bulldogs.
XL – 100 × 80 cm, thickness approx. 12 cm
For those who like to sleep in style, e.g., Border Collies.
XXL – 120 × 100 cm, height approx. 15 cm
A large lounging area for larger breeds, e.g., Labradors, Akita Inus, or Boxers.
Tip: when choosing a size, it is worth measuring your dog in its favorite sleeping position and leaving it extra space to stretch its paws freely.
